Join us in our garden Sowing Words + Seeds facilitated by our Farmer-in-Residence Geo Edwards. The event combines seed planting, intention setting, and art-making to create personalized plant containers for growing seedlings. The objective is to provide transformational space, and the opportunity for attendees to reflect on their individual and collective visions of a safe, healthy, and vibrant community. The sowing of seeds and making pots together becomes the process for setting intentions, and the product whereby participants can track and have a living reminder of their goals and affirmations in the young seedlings.
